Individual therapy is one on one sessions between myself and the client. Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. In our sessions, I include psychotherapy education and treatment. We use appropriate modalities according to what the symptoms are or diagnosis is and work towards behavior change for a more enjoyable daily life.
